Plotting post for Gabriel here! Also, permissions post, which I will be pimping out on the OOC comm tomorrow when I should actually be online. His powers will start returning with weird blurriness when he looks at people and/or Things Happening when he snaps his fingers.
He may be under the effects of a memory rehabilitation; I need to work that out, thanks to my horrible timing. If he is, he'll probably remember the landscape as it was before the Disaster. Otherwise, he will carry a weapon but generally play around and act like he dun care, but under that be on guard and protective of, firstly, his bros Balthazar and Aziraphale, and secondly the people he's met whom he likes/have amused him (which so far, off the top of my head, include the Doctor, Elena and Jonas).
