Hi guys! I'm Carly, newly-arrived to this game with Anri Sonohara (Naomi Shizuka) of Durarara!! There is some relevant information on her journal (brb posting the app for this place over there) as well as a permissions post since she has kind of a ridiculous power that has the possibility of affecting other characters which is completely opt-in.
In the City, she lived a fairly ordinary life as a high school student; she has a couple of female classmates she is told she was friends with, and her father taught kendo classes, if anyone wants to pre-CR it up!
