I've really been struggling with her voice lately, and I think the only thing that's going to help is a real break from her for a while. Because of that pesky sys.admin// showing up on the network, the pilgrimage has been delayed until Friday, June 8th due to security reasons. We will be putting the post up early on June 7th and run it similar to last pilgrimage with random encounters for certain days.

If anyone has any questions about the pilgrimage, please ask them here and we will answer them.

On the same note, after sys.admin// made their post on the network, the guard force has started doing more patrols in the Cave and looking like they're trying to find something. Characters are welcome to question them about it, but they might not get much in response.

A small number of the patrol robots in the City have started taking to patrolling the outer edge of the City. Sleepers are still free to exit the City, but be prepared to be questioned thoroughly by the robots if they catch you.

The sapphires in the Cave have once again changed color and are now a dark red. They will stay this way until the 10th, where they will turn back to the default blue.

My knee's doing well, though it might take up to six weeks to heal fully (good thing I have a cane handy). So I'm around again!

The Doc's got a bit of CR going if anyone wants to do anything, meanwhile I'd like to get Owen some stuff going on if anyone's up for that. Talk to the drunk. :3 Uh. Not sure where he should be right now though.

Hey, guys, I know I've been scarce if not completely disappeared for the past couple weeks and I'm so so sorry. I'm in my last year of high school and it's finals/graduation time, so that's the reason why. :P

So I took a couple days to get things done and then suddenly dislocated my kneecap D: I haven't even remembered about RP til just now, and am REALLY sorry for those I've left in the lurch, but I just can't focus like at all right now. Hopefully I won't be gone more than a few days. (The knee's fine, mostly, just sore and I am exhausted and just walking to the kitchen takes a lot of effort right now.)

I will try to tag when I have the energy to focus on it, and I'm sorry for those I let go too long. :|

She is going to use this time to wander off into the wilderness and get lost, under the flimsy justification of being an investigative journalist. I am spamming this comm so much, and I apologize. It just occurred to me that one very, very vital detail in our City information roundup was forgotten: travel time in the subway between both the City and the Cave is only two and a half hours, which gives very little excuse for characters to not take advantage of it should they feel the need to return to the Cave but keeps it from becoming instantaneous.

Please feel free to use this convention at your leisure. Let your characters get out there and interact with everyone!

HI BEAUTIES hopefully this won't be too tl;dr

this is a plot post!! I wanted to possibly set up a log with Aziraphale and one or two other folks for powers discovery, since he didn't get to that in the pilgrimage log. I'd like to do this in a separate log from the City exploration log, ideally on the 13th, 14th, or 15th. the reason I'm not just doing an open log is because I'd like him to discover both his constructive/destructive powers, which I think should be easy to plot out, and his persuasive powers if at all possible, which might require more planning. I'm fine with these being separate threads/situations with separate people! but I thought this would be the easiest place to plot when/where/how. you can also bother me on plurk, which I have now, as some of you know/are annoyed by (trustmeimthe).

this is open to folks in the Cave, also! if we can put our heads together and come up with some logical reason why Aziraphale would come to the Cave then to the Cave he shall come, and stuff.

I'm fine with action spam/backtags btw, as long as I have some idea what's going to happen for currently dated tags. \o/

Hey folks, this is just a quick FYI. I got my training schedule from Disney and it's going to be a long three weeks. Because of this, I'm going to be putting Jonas here on complete hiatus for the next three weeks or so, until I come out from the other side of training. I plan on starting anew thread wise but if there are any you'd like to continue, please feel free to let me know and I'd be happy to bookmark it. Trip is a much easier voice for me so I'm not hiatusing him, but his tags will be extremely slow as well.

I really appreciate the patience, guys, and I hope to be more involved once I get settled into my new job.

The mod post on City information has unfortunately been delayed over the last few days due to personal issues that sound more severe than they actually are, and it's what I'll likely be spending most of my internet time on. Sincere apologies that it hasn't been put up sooner; things should pick up exponentially by Monday at the very latest.

Sky of Diamonds

Sky of Diamonds is a panfandom roleplaying game. Characters are awoken from a cryogenic sleep, told that all of their memories are simply dreams from their long rest. While they were out, the Disaster struck and destroyed a large percentage of the world, leaving only the Cave, where they are, and the City, where they will be going.

They are then sent out on a pilgrimage across a wasteland known as the Land of Glass in order to reach the Diamond City and rebuild their lives. What is the meaning of their lack of memories? What was the Disaster? Who is the Caretaker? These are the questions you may ask yourself. It's up to you and your fellow Sleepers to find the answers.
